Data Protection

This page sets out what data touches KOGV Gambling when you read it, why, and what control you have. The short answer: almost none, and none of it is used to follow you around.

Who is in charge of your data

The site is run by the small team that writes it. Questions about data go to notes@kogv-systemet.com. Email is our only contact channel. We do not list a phone number or postal address.

What kind of site this is

KOGV Gambling is a static site. Each page is a ready-made file sent to your browser. There is no login, no account, no comment section, no newsletter form and no payment page. You cannot gamble here. Since there is nowhere to type personal details, we keep no user database.

Things we have chosen not to use

• Analytics or visitor statistics tools of any kind.
• Advertising scripts or ad networks.
• Tracking pixels, fingerprinting or cross-site identifiers.
• Embedded social buttons that report your visit to a platform.

Share links on our pages are ordinary links. Nothing is sent anywhere unless you click one.

Your consent choice

A small card in the lower left corner asks about cookies on your first visit. Whatever you pick is saved in your browser's local storage so the card does not keep coming back. That entry lives on your device only. It does not reach us and does not identify you. You can delete it at any time by clearing site data in your browser. Details are on Cookies and Your Consent.

Server logs

Our pages are delivered by a hosting company. When your browser requests a page, its servers record basic technical facts: IP address, time of the request, the address requested, and the browser and system your device reports. This is standard for any website. The logs help keep the service running and spot attacks. The host keeps them for a short time and then removes them. We do not use them to work out who you are, and we do not merge them with anything else. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure, working site.

Emails you send

Writing to us means we receive your address, any name you sign with and the contents of your message. We use them to read and answer you, nothing more. Once the exchange is over we delete it, except where we keep a brief note of a correction it led to. Your address never goes on a list.

Other websites

A few articles point to outside sites. Their own privacy rules apply as soon as you land there. We do not control what they collect.

Your rights under the GDPR

• See what personal data we hold about you.
• Have it corrected or erased.
• Restrict how it is processed or object to processing.
• Receive it in a portable format.
• Lodge a complaint with your national data protection regulator.

Email us to use any of these rights. We will answer within the period the law sets.

Age

This is a gambling site for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly receive data from minors. If you think a minor has written to us, tell us and we will delete the message.

Updates to this page

If our handling of data changes, this page changes first. The rest of the rules for using the site are in our Legal Terms.
