About KOGV Gambling

KOGV Gambling is a reading site about online gambling for adults. We write about slots, casino games, promotions, mobile play and sports betting. We also write about the parts most gambling sites skip: scams, losses and when to stop.

We do not run games. You cannot deposit, bet or spin anything here. Every page is an article, and the articles are free to read.

What we cover

• Slots. Themes, features, jackpots, tournaments and how the maths behind a reel works.
• Casino formats. Live dealer tables, VIP schemes and the difference between online and land-based play.
• Promotions. Free spins, cashback and no-deposit offers, read line by line.
• Betting. League betting, in-play markets and how odds are priced.
• Regional trends. How online gambling is growing and changing across Asia.
• Staying safe. Clone casinos, deposit limits and the warning signs of a habit going wrong.

How we write

Short sentences. Real numbers only where we can show the working. No hype words. If an offer has a catch, we name the catch. If a game costs money over time, we say so.

We never promise that anyone will win. Every casino game and betting market has a margin built in for the operator. Our job is to make that margin visible, not to hide it behind excitement.

The full process we follow when we look at a game or an offer is on our review methodology page.

Who writes here

KOGV Gambling is put together by three people who write under pen names: Brychan, Gwenllian and Thorfinn. We are not doctors, lawyers or financial advisers, and we do not pretend to be. We are adults who play, read terms and conditions for fun, and got tired of gambling content that only talks about winning.

Each article is drafted by one of us and read by another before it goes up. The second reader's job is to find anything vague, anything that sounds like a promise, and anything we cannot back up.

Who the site is for

Adults aged 18 or over, or the legal gambling age where you live if that is higher. Online gambling is legal in some places, licensed in others and banned in many. We cannot tell you what applies to you. Check the rules where you live before you play anywhere.

If you are under the legal age, this site is not for you. Please leave.

What we believe

The short version: gambling is paid entertainment, the house keeps a share, and limits come first. The longer version is on The Weekend Paddock. If you only read one other page on this site, make it Setting Limits.
