The fastest way to reach us is email: notes@kogv-systemet.com. The form on this page opens your own email app with the message ready to go. Nothing is sent from our side.

We are three people writing under pen names. There is no office to visit and no phone line. Email is how we work.

Good reasons to write

  • A mistake. A wrong figure, an outdated rule, a broken link. Tell us the article and the line.
  • A question about a term. Wagering rules, cashback caps, tournament scoring. If an offer confuses you, it probably confuses others too.
  • A topic idea. A game feature, a betting market or a scam you think we should explain.
  • A scam report. If you have seen a fake casino site or a suspicious "recovery" service, the details help us warn others.

What we cannot do

  • We cannot tell you whether gambling is legal where you live.
  • Disputes with a casino or bookmaker are outside what we can handle. Contact the operator first, then the regulator named on its licence.
  • We cannot recover lost money. Anyone who promises to, for a fee, is very likely running a scam.
  • We do not give tips, picks or betting advice.

If you are struggling

If you are writing because gambling has become a problem, please do not wait for our reply. Contact a gambling support service in your country today. Our Setting Limits page has practical steps you can take right now.

What happens to your email

One of us reads it, usually within a few days. If it points to an error, we check it and correct the article. You can see how that works on Fixing Our Mistakes. Once the conversation is finished, we delete it. Full details are on our Data Protection page.

Tips for a quick answer

Put the article title in the subject line. Quote the exact words you are asking about. If your question is about an offer or a game somewhere else, describe the term in your own words rather than sending screenshots of your account. Never send us passwords, card numbers or ID documents. Nobody here will ask for them.

Before you write

Your question may already be answered on Straight Answers. It covers the things readers ask most often.

Pressing the button opens your own email program with this text filled in. Our site sends and stores nothing.

Read before mailing us

We can explain a term. We cannot fix a dispute.

Ask us what a wagering rule means or how a tournament is scored, and we will try to answer. Tell us we got something wrong, and we will check it.

We cannot get money back from a casino or rule on a complaint. Go to the operator first, then to the regulator on its licence. Anyone charging a fee to recover losses is almost certainly a scammer.
